As a pastry chef, I've led projects at hot hotels and restaurants accross California, most recently the Ace Hotel and Swim Club of Palm Springs. Being personally selected and mentored by Rachel Ray, I was awarded a scholarship to the French Culinary Institute of NYC and apprenticed Jacques Torres at his Manhattan Chocolate Factory.  From television appearances cooking for President Clinton and celebrity chefs, to personally serving my dear friend's birthday party, I approach each project with the same passion and quest for the best tastes and most awe-inspiring looks to my pastries.
